But we’re also working to disrupt traditional hierarchy, in order to :

• Create positions that don’t yet exist, like we did with “Opinion Planner”;
• Open our agency to new profiles, like those of Alain Louyot, journalist and former Directing Editor of l’Expansion, and Luc Mandret, digital evangelist – both of whom have found a home at ELAN;
• Attract budding entrepreneurs and start them off under great conditions, like Jennifer Attias, based in London and building our business in the UK market;
